HOUSE RULES

At villa Thetis we respect the privacy of our guests. After check-in we will be available should you need any assistance though we do encourage our guests to respect the following rules.

• No pets are allowed at the property.
• No parties or events are allowed without the knowledge and acceptance of the owner or managers.
• Please respect the below hours:
  Check – In time: 14:00 – 21:00
  Check – Out time: till 12:00 -13:00
• Please follow the quiet hours, especially at the outdoor activities, establish by the Greek law and police 14:00-17:00 and 23:00- 07:00.
• Any damage caused at the property will have be reviewed and invoiced to the direct and final customer.
• Note that the pool does not have lifeguard service. Guests take full responsibility for themselves and underage companions while using the pool
• Please note the pool is not heated. It takes the room temperature approximately 15- 18 degrees Celsius. In case you wish the pool to be heated we need to know this 4 days in advance and the cost for the initial heating is 600 euros plus 150 euros per day of stay.
